Freeman Legacy 1.0

This is Dianna Freeman. She was an optimistic young lady (probably why she had no issue with the fact that her "house" was only a lot) who had two main loves: books and everything outdoors-y. Since she couldn't make a career out of plants, here she is getting a job in the writer career.

This, by the way, was her "house". It wasn't much, but it was enough for Dianna. At least she had a shower. Besides, being outside all the time gave her a nice mood that helped her feel better about everything.

With a job and, er, lot acquired, Dianna headed out on the town, hoping to find herself a decent fellow - or at least a few friends.

Most of Dianna's prospects didn't pan out, except for this guy: Sergio Romeo. A nice young man who liked to exercise, wanted to live in a nice place with some nice stuff, but hated the idea of having any kids. Well, no one is perfect, and Sergio was a much better choice than many of the other guys Dianna had met that day, so she didn't let his dislike of children phase her - surely he would feel different if it was their child.

Eventually, Dianna needed to go home, but she had a good feeling about everything that had happened that day. As she cooked her dinner, she couldn't help but smile. She was so happy that she didn't even notice a strange figure behind her.

Fortunately, the spectre was distracted by another potential victim and left Dianna alone.

Because Dianna couldn't afford a computer of her own, and much of her work required one, she spent a lot of time at the library - even when she was sick. This recent illness made her feel dizzy and caused her to knock into more than a few things.

Of course, as soon as Sergio showed up, Dianna was willing to ignore all that. The two had been hitting it off recently, spending a lot of time getting to know each other. Dianna felt that Sergio, despite his flaws, was possibly the sweetest guy she knew.

So, despite her sickness, that day at the library was when she decided to make her move. Despite the less-than-romantic setting, the kiss left Dianna reeling. Maybe that was the illness, but maybe not. After all, she felt better in that moment than she had in days.

With her illness miraculously clearing up, and her heart singing for Sergio, Dianna made the next step so soon after the first: she asked Sergio to marry her. Kneeling down before him, she fished out a ring from her pocket.

"Sergio," she said, savouring his name. "I love you so much. Every day I have known you has been filled with joy and I never want to imagine another day without you. Will you make me the happiest woman in the world, and marry me?"

Sergio said yes and allowed his new fiancee to slip the engagement ring on his finger. For a moment, he couldn't help but look at his hand, imagining the wonderful life he would lead with Dianna.

Dianna interrupted Sergio's train of thought with a kiss. Caught up in the moment, the two of them exchanged their vows right there in the library, not caring who was around, or what others thought of them.

And with that, Dianna and Sergio Freeman started their lives together.
